Life Is A Comedy For Those Who Think...

Deep Throat says "Don't read your Bible at school!"

A teacher telling a student NOT to read.

I would say it went something like this:

"Johnny put that down this instant. This is school young man you will not read here. We don't want you to think for yourself or have a conscience. You will get up and misbehave like everyone else or face the consequences."

This is merely a litigious family trying to set a precedent for prayer in school. Heck, why not drag the tax payers down with a trial so you can preach to my child at school when I'm not there to keep you from warping her mind?

Was anyone else surprised to find out "Deep Throat" was a man? What possessed him to take the name? The mystery wrapped in enigma surrounded by theory and supposition revealed this man. Who would have guessed? It was much more intriguing when I believed Deep Throat was a sultry vixen who saved the world by day and walked the streets of a seedy underworld at night. My imagination has been hijacked by this guy. Sad, Sad. Just an old man in need of Cialis and money to pay college tuition.

Hi Mountain Girl,
First, thanks a lot for visiting my blog. Second, I read your posts and can't exactly gather your political leaning(s). You seem to stand left of centre but I believe you have to be a real tool if you take a position without knowing the issue. I am not saying you've done that.

And finally, I hope you weren't repelled by some of the language in my post. The point I was really trying to get across is, how can some people be so drenched in propaganda that they fall for every bloody single talking point of some self-righteous party.
Robert Novak (capital gang) is a classic example. You should see how he's joined at the hip with the republican take on things.
What's your take on Ann Coulter ?

Are you disgusted at all with Jon Stewart and Bill Maher for a "new liberal transalation of the bush scriptures?"

Free speech is a wonderful thing, isn't it? You can curse if you wish on your site. I'm not offended, and if others are they can simply choose not to visit it.

I've never placed myself in a political category. I know I am "left of center", on a lot of things, but that doesn't mean I label myself a liberal. I feel we are all trying to muddle through this world together. We all have things we believe in and things we don't. We must make logical decisions on who we support and whom we don't given what they stand for (or often what they stand against).

Ann Coulter, huh? I may leave that answer to a post. Perhaps I'll post on her today.

Thanks for stopping by!

~
